Our spacious second floor flat is centrally placed in the Leith area of Edinburgh. At the nearby waterfront you'll find award-winning restaurants and good pubs - as well as some fringe venues.   A good selection of regular buses takes you to the city centre (35 minutes walk to Princes Street).

We regret the accommodation is not suitable for guests with mobility problems.
